Return & Exchange Eligibility

At Kaavikaa, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms below.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products failing quality inspection may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange orders will be processed once the original product has been picked up and passed quality inspection.
  • In case the requested product or size is unavailable, our team will contact you with alternative options.

    Return & Refund Policy

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
    • Each order is eligible for one return request only.
    • Orders purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Refunds

    • For regular returns, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit only.
    • Store credit will be issued after the returned product is received and approved by our quality control team.
    • Store credit will be sent via email and will remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
    • Shipping charges and COD changes are non-refundable.

      EXCHANGE PROCESS

      Processing

      Exchange orders are initiated once the original item has been picked up and passes quality inspection.

      Inventory

      If the requested size, color, or style is unavailable, our team will contact you with alternative options or issue store credit.

      Eligibility

      • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.
      • Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

      Exchange Window

      Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

      Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

      If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item:

      • Notify us within 28hours of delivery.
      • Share clear photos and videos of the product along with your order number.
      • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

      After verification, we may offer:

    • Exchange
    • Store Credit
    • Full Refund (where applicable)

      Color & Handcrafted Product Variations

    • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and display differences.
    • Minor irregularities in handcrafted products are considered a sign of authenticity and craftsmanship and are not treated as defects.

      Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

    • Reverse pickup service is available in most serviceable pin codes within India.
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
    • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, store credit or refund (if applicable) will be processed.

      Return Conditions

      Returned products must:

      Be unused and unwashed

      Have all original tags attached

      Include original packaging

      Pass quality inspection

      Products failing quality inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer.

      Order Cancellation

    • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
    • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
