4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Products purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment authorization fails or payment is not successfully completed.
