SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

What is your Shipping Timeline?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery pincode and serviceability of the destination.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Note: Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may vary based on regional accessibility, weather conditions, public holidays, and unforeseen operational delays.

Please do not accept any parcel that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened. We will not be responsible for parcels accepted in such condition.


Do you offer Reverse Pickup for Exchanges & Returns?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup services for eligible returns and exchanges across most serviceable locations in India.

In certain locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unworn

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Products that fail Quality Check (QC) may be rejected and returned to the customer.


Where are my Tracking Details?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact our customer support team.


Shipping Costs & COD Fees

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination and applicable promotions.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) convenience fees are service-related charges and are non-refundable.

These charges will not be included in:

  • Store Credit issuances

  • Return refunds

  • Exchange requests


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Lost Packages

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24hours.

Kaavikaa will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.

Lost package claims are subject to verification by the logistics provider and final approval by Kaavikaa.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the order may be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, any reshipping charges incurred may be borne by the customer.
